Privacy notice

Last reviewed 19 October 2026

This notice explains what happens to personal data in connection with the website at create.red. It is written for the website only. webuj.to and anyutil.io are separate services with their own privacy notices, and using them is not covered here.

  1. 1.Who is responsible

The controller is Matěj Wernisch, trading as create.red, company ID (IČO) 29519641, registered office Sokolská 1883/8, Prague 2, Czech Republic.

Write to team@create.red for anything in this notice. No data protection officer has been appointed; the processing described here does not require one.

  2. 2.What this website collects

The site has no accounts, no contact form, no newsletter, no comment section and no analytics or advertising trackers. That leaves three sources of data:

    • Correspondence. If you write to team@create.red, we hold your email address, whatever name or company you sign off with, and the content of the message.
    • Server logs. Hostinger, which hosts this site, records technical data for every request: IP address, time, requested address, response code, browser and operating system identification.
    • A language cookie. Choosing English or Czech stores that choice in a cookie named NEXT_LOCALE. It holds nothing but the language code.
  3. 3.Why, and on what legal basis

    • To answer you. Replying to an enquiry rests on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; where your message is about entering into a contract, it rests on Article 6(1)(b).
    • To keep the site running and secure. Server logs rest on our legitimate interest in operating the site, diagnosing faults and identifying abuse, Article 6(1)(f).
    • To show the site in your language. The NEXT_LOCALE cookie is strictly necessary to deliver the language version you asked for, so it is set without consent.
  4. 4.Who else sees it

Personal data is not sold, rented or handed to advertising networks, and it is not used for profiling or automated decision-making.

Two suppliers process data on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions only: Hostinger, which hosts this site, and Spacemail, which carries the team@create.red mailbox.

  5. 5.Where it is stored

Hostinger operates data centres in several countries, not all of them in the EU, and Spacemail likewise runs infrastructure outside the EU. [To confirm: the data-centre region this site is served from, and the region of the mailbox.] Where data is processed outside the EEA, the transfer relies on the safeguards in that provider's data processing agreement, which for both suppliers are the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

  6. 6.How long it is kept

    • Correspondence: for as long as the matter is live, and then up to three years from the last message, so that we can pick up a thread or defend a claim.
    • Server logs: for the retention period Hostinger applies to its server logs. [To confirm: exact period.]
    • Language cookie: twelve months from your last visit, or until you clear it.
  7. 7.Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for processing to be restricted, and for a copy in a portable format. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw any consent you have given without affecting what was done before.

Write to team@create.red and you will have an answer within one month. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

  8. 8.Complaints

If you believe the processing breaks data protection law you can complain to the Czech supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz. We would rather you raised it with us first.

  9. 9.Changes

This notice is reviewed whenever the site changes in a way that affects personal data, and carries the date of the last review at the top. Earlier versions are available on request.

Questions about any of this go to team@create.red and are answered by Matěj Wernisch.
